• Pilates Village is helping you keep your bones intact. Their Bone Strong Pilates for Osteoporosis class is a full body workout designed for bone strengthening, balance, and stamina. Also, check out these exercises that will help improve your balance.
• The University of Louisville Trager Institute and the Republic Bank Foundation of Optimal Aging Clinic offers Tai Chi and low impact cardio workout classes.
