Get Fit at Home: 3 Virtual Fitness Classes We’re Loving

Taking care of your health is important — now more than ever. Here are a few virtual workouts you can try at home that will keep your mind and body in good shape. 

• The Parkinson’s Support Center is offering their free Dance Wise for Parkinson’s classes on Zoom every Tuesday at 1pm. 

• Pilates Village is helping you keep your bones intact. Their Bone Strong Pilates for Osteoporosis class is a full body workout designed for bone strengthening, balance, and stamina. Also, check out these exercises that will help improve your balance.

• The University of Louisville Trager Institute and the Republic Bank Foundation of Optimal Aging Clinic offers Tai Chi and low impact cardio workout classes.
