Hallmark House is a small, close-knit community dedicated exclusively to memory care for individuals living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia. Located in Prospect, Kentucky, Hallmark House provides 24/7 personalized care in a purposefully designed environment where safety, dignity, comfort, and meaningful connection come together.
With just 32 apartments, our community allows residents to receive attentive, individualized support from a dedicated caregiving team. On-site nurses oversee medications and coordinate care with physicians, while a range of healthcare services, including physical and occupational therapy, laboratory services, and basic X-rays, are available on-site.
