What Are Some Tips For Someone Looking To See Results Fast (Physically Or Mentally)?

Start small and build. The most important part of any fitness program is that you can sustain it over time. That means finding activities that you enjoy and that you will continue to do on a schedule that works for you. Have realistic expectations. Be patient.

What Is Your Diet Strategy?

Nutrition is an important “partner” to any exercise program. Don’t hesitate to consult with others.  While I am not vegetarian, I have found that I like how I feel as I move toward a more plant-based diet. 

What’s An Example Of A Regular Food Day For You? 

I don’t have a “regular” food day. However, within my overall nutritional program (more protein, more plant-based calories), I may typically eat oatmeal with fruit for a late breakfast, then a mid-day snack, and a balanced dinner.

What Would You Say To Someone To Encourage Them To Start Working On Their Fitness? 

No matter where you are on the fitness spectrum, it is never the wrong time to get started.
