Practical Magic 2, in theaters, out September 11
Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman return to their iconic roles as Sally and Gillian Owens in this sequel, set 25 years after the original beloved film. Sally’s daughter, Kylie, begins developing dark abilities that hint at hidden family secrets about the true origin of their magic. The women must unite and travel to the United Kingdom to break the generational curse that has haunted them for centuries.
Sense and Sensibility, in theaters, out October 16
An adaptation of Jane Austen’s famed 1811 novel, this film follows sisters Elinor and Marianne Dashwood as they navigate love, loss, and financial challenges in 18th-century England. Directed by Georgia Oakley, the film stars Daisy Edgar-Jones as Elinor and Esmé Creed-Miles as Marianne.
